If you told me that a pharmacist, an ATF agent and a posse of North Dakota ranchers walked into a gun show, I’d assume there must be a punchline coming. I certainly never guessed that this unlikely crew would be involved in simplifying and streamlining one of the most unnecessarily arduous processes any sportsman can undertake — purchasing a suppressor.
