This Elk Venison Tenderloin Wrap Recipe uses lettuce wraps instead of bread for a low-carb, tasty meal

Karin Holder, co-host of Raised Hunting on Outdoor Channel, often turns her successful hunts into delicious original recipes for husband and fellow television host, David Holder and two sons, Easton and Warren.

Serves: 2-6
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Elk venison tenderloins
  • Bib lettuce leaves
  • Shredded carrots
  • Sliced radishes
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Peanut sauce, or your choice of sauce/dip
  • Shredded cheese

Directions:

1. Season and cook the elk venison tenderloins to your preference. Once done, let the tenderloins rest and slice into small pieces

2. Place the elk venison tenderloin pieces into a piece of the bib lettuce. Add shredded carrots, radishes and cucumbers to the wrap.

3. Top wraps with off with a serving of shredded cheese and peanut sauce. Enjoy!
