Venison Sausage Breakfast Burrito Recipe

It's easy to start your morning off right - cook up this venison sausage breakfast burrito recipe in just four easy steps!

  • 1 pound of bulk venison sausage, fried and drained
  • 6 tortillas (corn or flour)
  • 6 eggs

Optional Toppings:

  • Shredded cheese
  • Pico de gallo
  • Chopped onion
  • Taco or hot sauce
  • Sour cream
  • Jalapenos
  • Black beans


Use a small amount of olive oil and fry each side of the tortillas until they bubble up or turn a light golden brown, then keep between paper towels.

Scramble the eggs and get ready for assembly.

Place a tortilla on a plate and spoon crumbled venison sausage down the middle, then scrambled eggs and pick and choose the toppings you want above. If using a lot of toppings or really hungry, use burrito tortillas and double the sausage and eggs to fill up.
