This isn’t your grandfather’s two-man bass boat. Instead, the Hobie Mirage Pro Angler 17T builds on this company’s game changing Mirage Drive pedal system and amazing on-the-water stability by offering a two-man kayak fishing platform.
An easy to launch, shallow water fishing machine reminiscent of bigger bass rigs, the Pro Angler 17T can be set up for in-line tandem, face-to-face tandem, or solo seating. With fishing rod storage for up to 12 rods, a new H-Rail system that allows an angler to customize accessory placement, many things about this kayak are familiar while others are very innovative as the company aims at making the fishing experience easier and more fun. Add in a pivoting tackle management system with rectangular hatches, a drop-down skeg, rudder control and a Lowrance electronics ready system with thru-hull plugs and this is a real show-stopper for ‘yak fishing enthusiasts out on the water.
