Knight & Hale’s professionals go after deer, elk, waterfowl and turkeys in locations around the United States that are easily accessible. They also stop to take in the scenery and show viewers the unique aspects of the locations where they are hunting. The show grew out of a series of instructional videos that the company produced to showcase their products. But the emphasis was on educating and entertaining the viewer, rather than selling products.

Chad Ritter of the Ultimate Hunting Team heads to Hazard, Kentucky to hunt for trophy elk. The Hills of Eastern Kentucky have not long been holding Elk again, but tags are being sold to the lucky names that get drawn. People from all over the world apply every year for these tags and seeing the elk in this area, it is very understandable. With rich soiled grounds that thrive in native grasses and rich nutrition, rumor has it the next world record will come from these hills.
Episode 15
Harold Knight and Travis Faulkner hunt for deer in Western Kentucky under oak trees that are producing acorns like crazy. The deer are feeding on primarily just the acorns for the time being so their stands should be perfect spots for a few big bucks to pass by. If the acorns produce the deer it will just be up to the boys putting an arrow through the X.
Episode 16
Professional angler and Ultimate Hunting Pro Joe Thomas is on his farm in Southern Ohio, where several big whitetail bucks roam (including the Amish Buck and the Beatty Buck). Using his Mathews bow, Joe hopes that in the short time he has with the cameraman he can make this hunt happen.
Episode 17
Gary Keeton heads to New Mexico with an elk tag in one hand and a Mathews in the other. New Mexico is rough hiking country covered in monster bull elk, so with the help of a local guide, Gary hopes to get close enough to seal the deal on the right bull.
Episode 18
Harold Knight heads to Oklahoma in hopes of bagging a good river buck with his KP1, while Gary Keeton heads to Southern Illinois looking for a giant whitetail in an area known as The Bottoms. Both Oklahoma and Illinois have good reputations regarding big-racked whitetails. Watch and see what going to either area brings in store for a waiting hunter!
Episode 19
Chad Ritter is in Western Kentucky hunting for one of the big whitetail bucks that elude most every hunter with his Mathews bow and Carrylite Bucky Jr. deer decoy. Hopefully, Chad might have a little better luck this time bringing one of these bad boys in range and taking it down.
Episode 20
Harold Knight and David Hale are hunting for a few whitetail bucks using their bows. Harold’s using Carrylite’s Bucky Jr. and David’s using C’mere deer, both hoping these techniques and tricks will give them the advantage.
Episode 21
Harold Knight hunts a cold winter morning in Illinois while Chad Ritter is in Tennessee and David Hale is in Texas with Kent Kelly. All three hunts have serious potential in producing big trophies but, at the end of the day, it is up to the hunter to decide what goes home with them.
Episode 22
Chad Ritter goes to Southern Illinois to take a big-bodied whitetail, while Jim Strelec is in western Kentucky hunting management bucks. Also, Harold Knight is in New Mexico along with Kent Kelly hoping to shoot a giant Elk.
Episode 23
Joe Thomas and friend John Furness are in the Yukon with Kluane Outfitters, floating rivers and streams in hope of taking a few legendary bull moose from this thick dangerous back country. The moose are rutting, making them even more dangerous at this point, so you know hunting them with a bow will make it all worth while.

Kent Kelly, David Hale and Harold Knight are all in South Texas; Kent for a big racked Texas buck, David and Harold for an awesome quail hunt. With so many birds, who needs a bird dog?
Episode 25
Joe Thomas and Chad Ritter are duck hunting at the Money Pit on Realfoot Lake, Tennessee. This area is well-known and famous for the amount of ducks it brings in through the Mississippi flyway. The hunting is great, but wait until you see this pit they are hunting out of. (Ever heard of the saying, “Everything but the kitchen sink?”)

Jeff Danker of Buckventure Outdoors is in Kansas on the Wallahachie in a tree stand he hung two years ago, looking to get a decent management buck before Christmas. Meanwhile, JR Adkins is in the Western part of Virginia on a late season resident goose hunt on valentine’s weekend.
