Host Steve West is 36 years old and has been a professional hunting consultant for the past ten years and host of the Steve’s Outdoor Adventures TV series since 2004. He has successfully captured some of the most exciting hunting footage on TV today in places like Alaska, the Yukon Territories, and Africa and hunted animals such as grizzly, moose, elk, and sheep.
