Team Virginia – Eric Hale & Chris WardEric Hale and Chris Ward, both probation and parole officers in the state of Virginia, grew up hunting big timber in the mountains with their fathers. Although Virginia isn’t known for huge whitetails, they both have taken some good bucks in their home state. Hale and Ward are best known for their long treks to the Midwest during the rut, which has produced some spectacular footage and some really big deer. The Virginia boys love the sport and every year have taken it upon themselves to spread the word and get more young people interested in hunting. Chris and Eric got their start with Drury Outdoors as amateur contestants on Dream Season: Season 2, “Pros v Ams.” As in years past, Eric and Chris had a great season filled with awesome story lines and excellent footage that you won’t want to miss.
Team Texas – Mike & Bonnie McFerrinBonnie and Mike McFerrin, a husband/wife team from Texas, are a true example of how much fun spouses can have together sharing outdoors adventures. Mike is owner of a small, family business and Bonnie is a homemaking “super-mom,” taking care of their three children, Christian, Makenna, and Georgia-Kate. Both Mike and Bonnie have taken some world-class whitetails with their bows and truly enjoy getting their children involved in the sport. Mike and Bonnie took their first Dream Season journey during Season 4, “Couples,” where they made a lasting impression with viewers by harvesting some really nice deer. With Mike’s competitive drive and Bonnie’s heart felt enthusiasm, you’ve got yourself a winning combination. The McFerrins took out all the stops this year, but you’ll have to see it for yourself to believe it, because they put some giants on the ground this season.
Team Illinois – JJ Kolesar & Kyle LamoreJJ Kolesar and Kyle Lamore, two school teaching buddies from west central Illinois, are an entertaining and lethal combination. The Illinois hunters started their journey with Drury Outdoors as members of Dream Season: Season 3 “All Amateurs.” Although they didn’t immediately win a spot as team members they stuck with it and were asked to join the team shortly there after. These guys represent what the average American hunter goes through by juggling a rigid work schedule and time spent in the deer woods. JJ and Kyle took their ambition for documenting their hunts on video and ran with it, which is why they earned their spot as participants in this year’s Dream Season. Jeff & Chris
Team Missouri – Jeff & Chris PropstJeff and Chris Propst, two die-hard, father/son bow hunters from Missouri, have been a part of Drury Outdoors since it’s first ever production. Jeff is employed by Whitetail Properties and Chris works for a chemical company out of Illinois. The Propst Team is well known for their elk and caribou adventures as well as taking some huge whitetails in the Midwest. Jeff and Chris were members of the Season 2 cast for Dream Season “Pros vs. Ams,” and proved that they were a force to be reckoned with. The father and son duo have harvested some amazing whitetails over the years and this season was no different. Tune in this season to see how they took their production to the next level.
Team Iowa – John & Adam FrankWhen not chasing whitetails in the great state of Iowa, you can find these two brothers in the garage building custom motorcycles together. John is a long time Drury Outdoors member and helped put Dream Season on the map by just being himself on the first ever Dream Season series. Adam was introduced to the sport of hunting a few years back by John and the two have since had a whirlwind of success knocking down giant bucks in the Hawkeye state. Fire and ice best describes these two hunting brothers as John takes a more hard-core approach to Adam’s lighthearted antics. One thing is certain; they are a ton of fun to watch as they put the pedal to the metal in pursuit of this season’s top spot.
