Due North Outdoors and
Minnesota Bound. Jared has won numerous OWAA awards including two 1st place stories in 2007.
After graduating from San Diego State University in 1997, Jared worked in the TV news world until he moved to Minneapolis in 2004. It's there that he met his current wife Melissa and the two got married in Mexico in the fall of 2007. They live in South Minneapolis with their two dogs, Madi and Maya
ABOUT LAURA SCHARALaura Schara’s versatile experience as a television host brings a special energy to the outdoors and sports world. Her outdoor TV career began in 2000 when creating and hosting the segment “Wild in the City” on NBC’s
Minnesota Bound, where she explored unique things to do in the outdoors right in the metro area of Minneapolis/St.Paul.
Laura’s passion for the outdoors was passed on from her outdoor enthusiast father, Ron Schara, who taught her all the lessons that needed to be learned to be a successful angler. Her best catch to date is a 6ft, 77lb. halibut caught off the coast of Alaska. She is also an avid trap shooter and enjoys competing with her sister in a summer trap shooting league.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

EPISODE - 1From Alaska to California, we are off on a way-out journey to some of the greatest places to ride an ATV. Plus, we kick off Project X as we build a monster mud machine.
EPISODE - 2We kick off the show by grabbing our passport and heading south to the Dominican Republic. These people really love to ride. We also check in with Daryl Rath to see how his monster mud machine is coming along. Then we head to Tennessee to ride the trails.
EPISODE - 3This week has a little bit of everything. We start by going to what many say is the greatest place to tear it up in the sand – Glamis. From there we head to Alaska to see how they live with ATV’s in the back country. We wrap it up by taking a journey to Cajun country.
EPISODE - 4If you’ve never been to Alaska, now is your chance. We go where the fishing is great, just watch out for those bears. Then, we check in with Daryl Rath – he’s just about done building that monster mud machine. We finish it off with a journey to upstate New York. This is a grand slam of a show this week on Destination Polaris.
EPISODE - 5Grab your passport; we’re all over the map this week. We start off by climbing Mt. Rainer. You can’t beat the views on this trip. Then we head south to the Dominican Republic to check out the race scene. We end up in the forest of northern Minnesota.
EPISODE - 6Red rock and high desert, that’s Sedona and it’s where we head to first this week. Then Daryl Rath finishes off his monster mud machine and takes it for a spin. Prepare to get dirty. From there we head to the Black Hills of South Dakota for a good old fashioned ride.
EPISODE - 7If Alaska is your ultimate goal then let us be your guide. We head to the great state for an ATV journey. Then we kick off another Project X build with the guys from Jagged X in Phoenix. They’re going to build a monster rock crawler. If that’s not cool enough then Troy Lee has got you covered. We visit the man himself.
EPISODE - 8If California ranks #1 in sand then Oregon is 1A. We check out the scene in our ATV journey. Then we head back to Alaska, you can never get enough of this place. We finish with a visit and ride in Maine.
EPISODE - 9It may not be first on your ATV list but you can’t have an ATV journey without a trip to Wellsville, OH. From there we head to Dunefest in Oregon. Watch out Glamis, these guys are for real. We check in with our Project X boys from Jagged on their monster rock crawler. We wrap it up by cooling down and heading to Pismo Beach.
EPISODE - 10Gear up, we’re headed to the top of the mountains in Colorado. The guys from Jagged X in Phoenix are building one heck of a rock crawling machine. Figured out which places are the best for riding sand? We’ll let you know where we like to go.
EPISODE - 11Time to head north of the border to Canada. You can get lost in a place with this many trails. Ever been to a jamboree? The folks in Utah throw one of the biggest. We finish it off with an ATV journey to Arkansas and razorback country.
EPISODE - 12We kick off the show with an ATV journey to Silver Valley, Idaho. This is one special place. The guys from Jagged X finish building their rock crawling machine. You’ll want to see this thing in action. Then we travel to Utah on our ATV adventure.
