Archer's Choice
Archer's Choice

When you talk about hunting and promoting it to the entire family, there are two names that always come up, Ralph and Vicki Cianciarulo, ‘North America’s Favorite Hunting Couple’ and hosts of the number one bowhunting television show, ARCHER’S CHOICE® and now their new show, THE CHOICE.

Ralph and Vicki have done it all, from owning their own archery pro shop to outfitting for deer, bear and elk, they have worked from the bottom up to earn a reputation that is second to none in the hunting industry. It doesn’t matter to them if their names are up in lights, they would rather continue to grow the sport, than brag about their accomplishments. Their knowledge comes from the highest authorities out there, the animals themselves. They scout, hang stands and do what we all do, just hunt. Ralph and Vicki believe that the best way to learn is from hands-on experience; and their TV shows, DVDs, seminars and articles all prove they are the REAL DEAL!! All of Ralph and Vicki’s seminars are done with the finest of video and audio, so the viewers will be locked in their seats and assured total entertainment. They have an amazing ability to connect with everyone that they talk to regardless of their background and each walk away with a much greater appreciation and understanding of bowhunting and hunting.

Through all of their success, Ralph and Vicki have remained unbelievably humble and down to earth as their greatest joy comes from bringing one more person in to the sport of hunting. In 2001, they were blessed with a son, RJ. In January of 2006, RJ took his first animal, a feral hog in Florida, with a Ten Point crossbow. That was the proudest day of their lives, bar none!

Archer’s Choice Media is a family owned and operated business, and has made many great accomplishments. ARCHER’S CHOICE® TV show has won the BOWHUNTING WORLD ‘Reader’s Choice’ Award ‘Best Bowhunting TV Show’ three years in a row (2003, 2004, and 2005); this has never been done before. In 2004, ARCHER’S CHOICE® TV show was nominated for the ‘Fan Favorite Hunting Show’ Golden Moose Award from Outdoor Channel. In 2005, not only was the TV show nominated, but won it! The Golden Moose for ‘Fan Favorite Hunting Show’ from Outdoor Channel! This award is based on the TV show who received the most votes on the Outdoor Channel website and Nielson ratings. In January of 2006, Cabela’s®, the World’s Foremost Outfitter®, honored Ralph and Vicki by asking them to become part of their exclusive Hunting Pro-Staff.

Ralph Cianciarulo

Chances are you've heard of Ralph Cianciarulo. Ralph bowhunts for a living in many places, throughout North America and into Africa and Russia in places that we are all familiar with to places that grab a hold of you when you're not looking and then don't let go for another forty years. His house is a taxidermist's paradise; lions, deer, bears, cape buffalos, elk, caribou, moose, zebra and countless other trophies line the walls.

Ralph is co-host of the number one bowhunting television show on Outdoor Channel, ARCHER’S CHOICE®. He discovered bowhunting at a very young age and has held it close to his heart ever since. He has taken a dream from an early age and made it a reality, hunting all over the world; bowhunting nearly everything you can imagine. From owning his own pro shop to where he is today, he knows what it takes to make it happen. Traveling year round, and through the seminars, DVD’s and the TV show that reach millions of people, Ralph’s message has never changed, ‘It’s more important to promote the sport of hunting to the entire family, no matter what the weapon you choose, just hunt!’

Ralph was fourteen years old when he harvested his first whitetail deer with his bow and has continued with determination to bowhunt for a living. At the age of twenty-three, Ralph opened Archer's Choice, Inc., which was one of the nation's top rated archery pro-shops. As Archer's Choice grew, so did Ralph's notoriety. This is where Ralph earned the respect of thousands of sportsmen. Ralph has served as a guide and instructor to many famous athletes and celebrities, including: Bo Jackson, Walter Payton, Kurt Russell and many others. Through the years Ralph has also ran many different bowhunting camps, for whitetail deer, black bear, elk, and mule deer.

In September 1991, Ralph was the first bowhunter in history to harvest a Eurasian brown bear within the interior of Russia; this hunt was sponsored by the Russian Ministry. In 1993, Ralph successfully stalked and harvested an African cape buffalo in the Republic of South Africa. Ralph's skills and enthusiasm has won him the admiration of the world hunting community. In 1994 and 1995, Ralph returned to South Africa and harvested some more animals. In 1996, Ralph harvested his second cape buffalo with his bow while in Tanzania and he was named to the "Hoyt USA Hunting All-Star Team" when he returned that same year.

Ralph is more interested in promoting the sport of hunting than just seeing his name up in lights. He believes that if we promote the sport all will prosper, instead of just a few. Ralph Cianciarulo, an international bowhunter, TV personality, seminar speaker, and noted videographer, is a man dedicated to teaching and instructing thousands of people on the sport of archery and hunting.

In January of 1997, Safari Club International recognized Ralph's video work by giving him the "Outstanding Bowhunting Videographer" of the year award. Ralph's experience and knowledge come from the wildlife habitat itself, not from text books. He learns daily, right from the highest authorities in business... the animals themselves. Ralph enjoys sharing this knowledge with many sportsmen and women.

"When I do something, I do it with a lot of intensity. I feel you need to give more than 100% of yourself to live out your dreams."
-Ralph Cianciarulo

Vicki Cianciarulo

Vicki Cianciarulo is also co-host of ARCHER’S CHOICE® and everyone has watched her do what most men wish they could. Vicki’s hunting is second to none and without a doubt, one of the foremost women hunters in the country. Her banter back and fourth with Ralph has made this couple, ‘North America’s Favorite Hunting Couple’. Vicki also travels year round and through her work on the TV and via the seminars has the ability to reach and impact individuals and families like no other hunting personality. Thousands of women come to Vicki for advice and she never hesitates to help. Her passion and drive is what is needed to get more women involved in the sport of hunting.

Vicki Cianciarulo is an experienced bowhunter, as well as one of the editors at Archer’s Choice® Media, Inc. She is an enthusiastic photographer of the outdoors and nature, as she has always loved the outdoors. When she started bowhunting, she took her love for the outdoors a step further. Instead of just hiking and camping, she started spending many hours a day in treestands and in the field observing more nature than she ever thought possible. When Vicki is not in the field you’ll find her in the studio, behind one of her computers either editing or trying to get caught up with the day to day operations of Archer’s Choice Media, Inc. along with her husband/hunting partner, Ralph. In 2000 Vicki was appointed, by Governor Ryan, to the Illinois Department of Natural Resources Advisory Board, which she served one term.

Vicki's first bow harvest was in the Republic of South Africa; it was a 30-yard shot at a blesbok antelope. She has become quite a successful hunter/bowhunter, outdoorswoman, and teacher of archery. Vicki has taken numerous whitetail deer, as well as, several black bear, with the largest skull scoring 21 8/16". Other animals which Vicki has been successful in harvesting include: Yukon and Canadian moose, mule deer, Dahl sheep, turkey, wild boar, alligator, javelina and several African animals including kudu, gemsbok, impala, red hartebeest, blue wildebeest, blesbok, ostrich, Eland, and Waterbuck. Vicki has taken on a very active roll of getting more women and kids into the sport of hunting and archery. Women and kids are the fastest growing group of individuals to get started into archery & hunting, and Vicki wants to keep it growing.

"The best compliment that we receive is that we’ve helped others get involved in the great sport of hunting! We want our future generations to able to enjoy all of God’s great creations, as we do through hunting.”
-Vicki Cianciarulo

Archer’s Choice® Media, Inc., Ralph and Vicki Cianciarulo and the Posse are proudly sponsored by: Ameristep, Hoyt, Beman, New Archery Products, Antler King, Traditions Firearms, Nikon, Scent-Lok, Stealth-Cam, Realtree, TruGlo, Mad Dog Gear, Hunter’s Specialties, Bad Boy Buggies, HuntingNet, Ten Point Crossbows, McKenzie and Delta Targets.
